PROPERTYWHERE THE STOLEN
BACKHOE WAS FOUND
And Cueball John MacKenzie ignored the story.
Could it be because the ratbag in question is Steven Trout, brother of our new Member for Trouty River Michael Trout? Could it be because this equipment theft was also carried out by another brother, Luke Trout, who was only fined?
You've got to wonder what their dad Peter Trout thought when two of his sons mysteriously showed up with a $50K backhoe. Was it first prize in the Casket that week?

ON THE TROUT OWNED
Despite Queensland Parliamentary rules requiring Michael Trout to step down from company operations, he's still being listed as the proprietor of Blazing Saddles. And despite tepid reviews of the operation by tourists, they've announced a move with their horses to Yorkey's Knob road. The community has the right to know - are the two convicted criminal brothers now running this operation? Should a drug user be around our children who've innocently attended for a horsey adventure? What kind of drugs are at issue, and where are they being obtained? Why is Michael Trout still listed as proprietor and contact of Blazing Saddles? And has the victim of this huge equipment theft been compensated by the Trout brothers who have both been convicted of this crime? Even if not ordered by the court, isn't this the moral thing to do?
Perhaps the Yorkey's Knob community needs to quick-smart get their Neighbourhood Watch program up and running. Looks like they're going to need it.
