Leaders were gathered, some elderly and frail having been with Mao Zedong on his Long March and subsequent purges, enjoying the spoils of communist leadership. Some were younger technocrats like the newly appointed Vice Premier Zhu Rongji, a graduate of prestigious Tsinghua University in Beijing.
Supreme leader Deng Xiaoping had, to the surprise of many, reasserted his influence and quest for growth of the Chinese economy in his Great Southern Tour early in 1992 - during which he repeated his new catchphrase "致富光荣" - "To Get Rich is Glorious". Growth had stagnated after the horror of Tiananmen Square in 1989. Political backstabbing was rife across the country. And the people were disillusioned with more public chaos predicted. Deng's Great Southern Tour reignited the economic game, but many including Deng and his new ally Zhu realised something was wrong.
They knew that as growth began its inevitable climb, China had not the resources nor the space to accommodate this growth. Many economists feared food production would decline as farmlands were taken up for inevitable development. Some feared even the "One Child Policy" would be abandoned with the government having no means to enforce it. China was looking like a big skyrocket that would rise dramatically and then explode as resources disappeared.
Hence the 25 Year Plan, and their meeting at Zhongnanhai this late spring day in 1992.
We have become aware of this secret plan, and the plan's code.
The target of the 25 Year Plan - Australia.
And while actively working the project bit-by-bit with Australian governments left and right since Hawke, the election of LNP governments at both State and Federal levels now has given the Chinese the push forward to consolidate one of the biggest turnarounds in world history - from a country occupied and pillaged by colonial powers to themselves being the occupiers. Not at the point of a bayonet, but by giving us our own money back!
Let the pillaging begin!
Fucking Chinese ingenuity at its pinnacle!
Behold, the land the Chinese call
"Yuan Nan Tian" -
This area targeted at this 1992 meeting runs from just east of Wyndham, WA and takes in the bulk of the Northern Territory and North Queensland. But Chinese companies have been encouraged for years to purchase big tracts of farmland, not just in Australia but around the world. It was Australia however that was seen as the most attractive - a compliant group of political lightweights, poor infrastructure investment rates by the Australians, and huge tracts of empty "worthless (in Australia's eyes) land".
So in the last few years we've seen huge projects go to the Chinese - Ord 2 in the Kimberly, and the Cubbie Station (along with water rights) in Queensland.
Seen thru the eyes of Yuan Nan Tian, "mixed messages" from the government in fact prove that politicians are toeing the Chinese line.
A few weeks ago, Joe Hockey rejected the $3.4B sale of Australian GrainCorp to American food conglomerate ADM (Archer Daniels Midland) - a deal that would have opened new markets to Australian farmers. China was said to oppose this deal strongly - after all, why buy up Australian food production land and then have it controlled by the Americans? And yet just yesterday Hockey approved sale of the even larger $5Billion in Australian electricity transmission companies to State Grid Corp of China. The continual "churning" of transmission assets is one of the main causes in skyrocketing electricity prices for Queenslanders - but the LNP clearly will sell anything not bolted down - if it's OK with the Chinese.
The cooperation in our colonisation began with Bob Hawke who bragged of his close relationship with Deng Xioping - and Hawke continues to this day brokering farm land sales to Chinese companies. But not to be outdone, Tony Abbott has confirmed the LNP is on board for the colonisation as well, saying he supports "Don't Just Buy the Farm, Build It"!
Cairns is a central focus in the colonising of Yuan Nan Tian, as we have been seeing the past few weeks.
The media has been emasculated. Look at yesterday's front page in the Cairns Post, a story about the "very private" Tony Fung. While repeatedly referred to as "Billionaire" Tony Fung, financial reporting from Forbes indicates that the Fungs are no where near "Billionaire" status. Only in the Murdoch press is Fung a billionaire - a neat PR trick, to be sure. The Cairns Post quoted Hong Kong sources - the same sources that announced on August 2 that the Fung project had been approved! The facts about Tony Fung are simple - he's a Mainland Chinese-aligned banker and partner, having been a delegate to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) People's Consultative Congress on at least three occasions, one prior to the handover of Hong Kong to China by the Queen. Aquis will be built with Mainland Chinese money - full stop.
And even the son Justin plays along in the charade - he's said to like "fishing and basketball". And being called "mate". Wanker.
This isn't about a $4Billion casino and resort anyway. Aquis is just one part of the master plan. The British ensured the Chinese were stupefied with opium, the Chinese have lured us with low-wage jobs and lots of beer and gambling, which they know we love.
James Cook University suggests a plan to have 1,000 students at a campus in the Cairns CBD, as does Central Queensland University. Guess who the targeted students will be?
A compliant Newman government is going to uphold the fishing bans along the Marlin Coast - effective only on domestic fishers. These large tracts of ocean, already being fished by the Chinese, will become more spoils in the colonisation of Australia.
Even Minister for Bloggers Warren Entsch has gotten in on the game. As chair of the Northern Australia White Paper, Entsch has boasted "Everything is on the Table" while photographed with his drawers down below his knees. He's also been overheard telling some privately that the port dredging is "a lock" as "the Chinese want to use the port". If you're going to colonise you've got to have a few warships and subs in port.
Besides, with the huge expansion of the Palm Cove jetty, agreements are being mooted to have most cruise liners park offshore Palm Cove and tender into a new, revitalised and Chinese-owned Double Island and the new jetty.
As more and more Chinese investment floods into Yuan Nan Tian in support of their defacto colony, can the rest of Australia resist the allure of selling out?
The Zhongnanhai 25 year plan to ensure Chinese food security is being realised right on time.
