CAIRNS AIRPORT INSIDERS REPORT FORMER FAILED CEO KEVIN BROWN TOLD NO CHANCE HIS CONTRACT WOULD BE RENEWED

Public and institution investor pressure on the North Queensland Airport (NQA) Board over a year ago provided the impetus to jettison failed CEO Kevin Brown, we can now report.

An insider with board contacts has reported that the growing list of scandals being mishandled by Brown were the catalyst that saw the investment banker-run board appoint Norris Carter to their board over a year ago in preparation for Brown's ouster from Cairns.

While the NQA Board suggested that a "worldwide search" for a new CEO was conducted, it was only perfunctory with Carter the only viable candidate.

SOMEONE WAKE ENTSCHY
UP AND TELL HIM IT'S 2016
Carter took on the directorship of NQA in addition to his job at Auckland Airport, and almost immediately began producing results for Cairns.  The Cairns service provided by Philippine Airlines, which continues to Auckland, was the brainchild of Carter - not Cairns Airport's development head Janice Antonson.  As airlines have taken delivery of over 6500 new airliners since 2006, they've got to fly them somewhere.  The shuttering of Australian Airlines and reduction in flights in/out of Cairns in 2005-2006 was largely the result of delivery delays by Boeing of the huge 787 order placed by Qantas.  When these new aircraft weren't available as originally forecast, Qantas had no choice but to End-Of-Life the 767 and 747 fleet, leaving short-margin tourist destinations like Cairns to shrink.

Antonson and Commercial Chief Fiona Ward were both brought to Cairns from Edinburgh, Scotland by Kevin Brown.  All three have performed miserably, with Antonson jokingly called "The Stiff" by insiders.  While everyone else was booking new service, Cairns saw critical service lost including the United Airlines connections to the USA, Japan, and China via Guam.  Carter has in his time in Auckland regained service from United Airlines which was discontinued several years ago.  Antonson despite pockets of Queensland Government incentive money has done little to nothing.  The new Hong Kong Airlines service fell into their lap - they weren't chasing it at all fearing retribution by Cathay Pacific.

Antonson is already known to be scouring the planet for a new sucker employer.  And Kevin Brown is reportedly already pissing off the very professional operational team at the Perth Airport.  We give him two years before he gets the sack there, too.

Four years ago Antonson and Brown came up with the oh-so-clever "Bolt to Cairns" marketing idea after Jamaican sprinter Usain Bolt's performance at the Olympics.  Four years later, mercifully no one has tried to resurrect this patently embarrassing idea.  But we hear Minister for Blogs Warren Entsch still thinks Bolt is coming. . . . .

Meanwhile the erstwhile "Digital Media Coordinator" Brent Adams is looking for a new career as the NQA advertises for his replacement.  His tenure didn't even make it to the arrival of Norris Carter as CEO with his social media cockups ultimately his undoing.  After the "Contest Scandal", Adams locked down all of his PERSONAL social media accounts - sadly too late thanks to the HBW investigation.  Something hilarious in seeing a millenial being gutted by his own social media transgressions.

Norris Carter's action (or inaction) on the open festering wounds at the Cairns Airport will be interesting to observe.  Reports suggest that the massive fuel leak (the source still unidentified) is now seeing measurable hydrocarbons adjacent to the Barron River - and perhaps INTO the Barron, and reef.  We understand that lawyers between the Queensland Government and NQA are dicking around about the issue with both claiming the other is responsible.  This is a huge issue that still gets only cursory attention by the Cairns media.  With the Federal Government now reviewing the problem the suspension of underground fuel delivery to aircraft is growing likely, with massive additional costs passed on to NQA.

And then there's the issue of the contractually-required by still unbuilt pedestrian access to the airport from the Cook Highway.  If the member for Barron River ever can find his testicles perhaps this clear requirement will finally be put on the Queensland Government's Agenda.

Cairns airport security line up is unbelievable with the ques all the way back to the check in area. The security staff are rude and understaffed with only one of the three scanners operating at times. Never see a single Cairns Airport staff member there to supervise this bunch of idiots or explain to the frustrated passengers why Cairns is the only airport in Australia to have long line ups.

Lovely to see Antonson finally 'outed' for being the talentless inept twerp that she is. Hopefully Mr Carter will be sharpening the corporate knives. And 'sandwich muncher Ward' is another one of Kevin's posse that has produced diddly squat during her tenure. If Mr Carter has an ounce of ability in him he will send her packing back to the UK (or over to Perth to join her buddy Kevin).

So in the end it seems that the Scottish Eunich's legacy is starting to make it out in to the open (not by internal social media of course, as Norfolk Brent got the arse!) hopefully Mr Carter will gut the place when he arrives in December as there are others that need to be put on his 'hit list'. But my bet is that some of the executive dipshits will spinelessly bail before then. Here's to hoping!

Wouldn't it be nice, just for once, to see a strong management team in the Cairns region running the airport, Council, other businesses? Bringing out the potential that our city offers, finally enabling the region to shine? Here's to hoping.......

Norris Carter does have the skill (and historical proof) to back his ability to 'make deals', as evidenced by the deal with Phillipines Airlines. Ironic considering he is a Board member based in another country, while NQA's primary person who should be doing these deals, Antonson, sits in Cairns daily counting the days on the calendar until Kevin Brown will rescue her. Well at least that's what she does when not travelling the globe shopping for handbags while earning over $250k per year. And let's not forget that the CFO promised a whole bunch of new routes months and months ago. Where are those exciting announced routes? Yawn. Still waiting Ian. Let's hope Norris brings a big broom with him to Cairns in December, as well as some new marketing and commercial people to fix this mess. So Kia Ora Norris, your chair has been prepared in the former CEO High-heel Browns office. It awaits you.

P. S Norris, please bring with you the following;
- new GM airport and operations (someone who actually knows about airports)
- new HR team and exec manager. Someone who can lead a professional HR outfit, rather than foster nepotism and bullying while displaying embarrassing emotional outbursts and hiring wankers. It's time for this plus size behemoth to go!
- new CFO. Bring in someone with balls, not a softly spoken pasty church mouse.
- new operational team. Not one that sits on it's ass all day while totally oblivious to all the real issues.

The ongoing security delays, with there snaking queues, shows how inept this airport's management is. The whole business model of the airport is based on getting people into the departure lounge as quickly as possible to maximise their time in the shops and cafes.

I love those airport insiders. They are doing a great job. That will be sending the Execs bonkers. They've been trying (unsuccessfully) to catch them for a few years. Not even the I.T lapdog with the squeeky voice and nose pressed firmly up the HR managers giant ass, has been able to catch the naughty leakers. Fools.

Wazza is too busy pushing the gay theme again. The repulsive individual was on TV the other night basking in his 30 seconds of media time, acting important and being the hero. Tosser! Kevin Brown bolted, and hopefully some of his footstools will also. Maybe Norris Carter will put a crossbow bolt through the lot of them.

Kevin Brown was an excellent player of Snakes and Ladders. He would ruthlessly search out any employee of integrity who would expose issues and try to fix them, and he and his minions would then sack them. Brown would smile for the cameras, ponce around in his striped shirts and appear to be 'everybody's friend'. It was a gross deception. Brown is a career driven, proud capitalist who lives to be wealthy and won't allow anything to come between his pride and his bank account. Anybody who has seen this side of him know that he is a self centered egotistical prat. I wouldn't piss on him if he was on fire.....I believe in karma and he will get what is owed to him. Nobody is too big to fall. I just hope Perth airport batten down the hatches and watch their backs otherwise the Jessie will knife them.

HBW, at least the Mackay newspaper is also reporting on some airport issues. But part from that, we only have HBW's reports to go off because the spineless Compost and other media outlets don't seem to give a shit about some pretty serious issues.
I would like to know why the PFOS contamination issue, identified at both Cairns and Mackay airports back in 2008/09, was never on the airports risk registers? Coverup or just a bunch of Hillbillys who don't understand the issue? And why did Kevin Brown cut the number of environmental staff who oversee both airports, especially at a time when this issue is alive and well, and so Is the Cairns airport fuel leak. The former CEO and current Directors are accountable by law for what takes place within the NQA framework, so who, if anyone, is questioning these people? Where is the accountability?

Just like the footpath issue to Cairns airport. Mrs Broughton was killed, a huge risk to the public has been identified, yet the former CEO and current Board have not been held to account by the law of the land. Why not?

Great link Annon 20:30. 5 years of Brown and his muppets and Cairns can only rank second to PNG!! What an embarrassment. How the Board can allow any of Browns 'team' to remain on the payroll is beyond me. Sack the lot of them. Under Browns guidance the investment bankers have spent SFA on the airport, and instead they have gutted assets and extracted money for their corporate profits and bonuses. The NQA Board has done nothing for the Cairns region. Thank you also Anna Bligh you piece of trash.

You say ....."He would ruthlessly search out any employee of integrity who would expose issues and try to fix them, and he and his minions would then sack them."

This happenss all over Cairns The boys network makes sure every mediocre talentless mate is kept in the money while the real talent leaves town or is sacked.

The dream run of the Cairns airport GM's is over. Everyone has them worked out. We all know what they get paid. We all know about the international jollies, holidays and shopping excursions under the guise of 'work commitments'. Some of these GM's turn up to work in $1,500 dresses and $1,000 shoes. Others are as big as a house from all the expensive dining and treats shovelled down their throats. Others have faces full of plastic surgery and Botox, and all drive fancy expensive cars. And the pathetic and brainless managers call this their version of 'one team'? Well I didn't see any equality in my last fucking payslip, and I don't park a $100,000 plus car in the staff carpark. The place is a train wreck, and if the new CEO doesn't finally do something while he has the opportunity as a fresh starter then they better watch out as all REAL dirty little secrets will be sent to HBW!

'The stiff' was punted from one of her last jobs before coming to Cairns. It was a case of 'she was leaving to pursue new interests'. Brown kept that bit all hush hush from the Board. She has never been a real performer, anywhere, using the good old smoke and mirrors act to scrape by. Staff hate her, and are sick of the emotional claptrap. Ward on the other hand was good at her job in the UK, albeit a much different role and environment to Cairns. Perhaps it was her love of donuts that brought her to Australia? Anyway she has never fully grasped the role out here, is notorious for holding lengthy meetings in which nothing is achieved and the scope of the meetings never make sense. She too, in traditional NQA style has had emotional outbursts, and again is hated by staff. Of course by now most would know about some of Kevin's behind the scenes emotive reactions, he is a very reactionary person and sulks if he doesn't get his own way. Could be due to him leaving his kilts back on Scotland? But at least he has the high heels out here. Of course none of these humans compare to the HR manager when it comes to emotional and irrational outbursts. This person sets an entirely new standard when it comes to uncontrolled meltdowns. Is it a hormonal thing? Could be, and it would explain all that facial hair. But who knows, and who cares. It just adds to the folly of the ridiculous place.

We just hope that Norris Carter is level headed and doesn't suffer from unbridled emotional outbursts as well. Time will tell if he truly has any skill, or if he simply got to where he is because of his other Director mate and former Qantas colleague Colon Storie, another NQA Director. Surely nepotism isn't involved, not within Kevin's team? Then again, maybe both Storie and Carter have played a magnificent game of Chess and outwitted and outplayed ol Kevin Brown at his own game? Now that would be ever so sweet, don't you think? Kevin strutting around with his inflated ego and too busy being distracted with minor issues that he can't handle, not to see his Board colleagues preparing to finally throw him to the wolves! Oh, how priceless. And of course, this is just a hypothetical. Isn't that right, Kevin?

Fully agree with HBW. There is a severe fuel leak at Cairns airport, management including past and present ones, and CEO Kevin, Brown have known about it yet kept it quiet as best as possible. This fuel won't stop leaking by itself, and it won't stop itself from reaching the Baron or the ocean. So why the hell aren't mainstream Presstitute's cover this publicly?

Anonymous said...

I wonder if the social media coordinator has left Cairns for good and gone back to Incest Island? The Norfolk Times might be looking for a part time 'fishing conditions' reporter for one day per week!!!!

Anonymous said...

The aviation fuel has been leaking for at least 4 years. The Cairns airport was trying to blame the airport fire service for all the pollution hence the so called investigation by the Cairns post.

Anonymous said...

So I've just arrived back in Queensland after a 3 month road trip. (Got to love long service leave) I had hoped to hear of some more good airport news. Silly me! The CFO promised 9 exciting new Cairns routes. Cool. But where the fuck are they? The GM Mackay promised direct NZ international flights. Sweet. But where the fuck are they? Nothing nothing nothing. All piss and wind. NQA is a joke. Let's hope this Kiwi bloke with the queer name can show these FNQ Hillbillys how to manage airports.

Nice picture of the fat buffoon in parliament! Look at the size of the stomach on the big unit. Anyway get the feeling he is lazy? Or is that huge waste line quite simply a byproduct of many a good night spent eating and drinking courtesy of the tax payer? The man is an embarrassment. What was Turnbull thinking?

Anonymous said...

Annon 13:29, I'm not surprised as the airport management are notorious for deflecting blame and trying to hide in the shadows. The reality is that the fuel is leaking, there are safety and environment risks, the leak is not contained, it is occurring on airport land and these twats have known about it for years. So why haven't the operations, safety and compliance managers, and Board been dismissed over this issue? Are we forgetting the Baron, tidal flats and the reef???? Where is UNESCO and/or our local environmental watchdogs?

Anonymous said...

Annon 13:29, the Compost made a feeble reporting attempt, and only after HBW broke the story first. And yes, the blame game was always going to kick into gear. There are two aspects to the pollution - one is fuel and one is PFOS. Cairns airport can try to throw the blame as much as they want, the fact remains that the contamination, regardless of who is to blame, is on airport land, or has spread beyond airport land but originated on airport land. An unacceptable situation which could adversely affect a world heritage listed site called The Great Barrier Reef.

With the history of this privatised airport as something to go by, the authorities need to micro manage these tossers as they have not wanted to spend a dime on the place since privatisation. Its not in the nature of hedge funds to invest or spend, rather they just take take take, strip or extract. They will NOT want to see a single cent go into fixing it if they can help it. It may affect executive managers and board members bonuses! This mob needs to be watched closely.

An inside CAPL manager reckons the new CEO is coming across with a reputation for being lazy and boasting how he wants to become extremely rich by doing as little as possible! Sounds like a typical hedge fund manager if you ask me. Just like with Kevin Brown these muppets hire a young kid with no CEO experience to do the job. It must be part of the position description for the role?

Yes indeed, what a beautiful execution of Brown by the Board! While Kevin was too busy stitching up some staff, supporting his deadwood executives and playing a game of 'hide everything you can from the Board', they were already onto him and plotting his demise. Beautiful work! I can only imagine the moment that the 'lightbulb' went on above his little bald head and he realised the game was up and he was toast! I guess after around 3.5 years of producing little to nothing the outcome for Kevin was inevitable, hence the 12 month plan to roll him. So after 4.5 years he packed his bag full of his colourful shirts and stupid monthly graphs and finds an out in Perth. But they can keep him because he is an underachiever and will only ever grasp the low hanging fruit. Kevin is just window dressing - looks good from the outside but everyone else knows he is just a cheap imported item from a sweat shop overseas and has no real value, worth, or will last long!
Go back to Sotland, douche.

Have NQA announced these "9 new routes" yet? Big yawn.
Have NQA bought Sunshine Coast airport yet, as they were boasting about doing? Another yawn.
Have NQA's managers who thought they would get the CEO job; Baldy Porter, the HR tank and 'wake up Jeff' finally realised that it's time to move on? Big yawn that job was never going to happen for them. No more career progression for you three. Then again ol Browny does like his protection unit surrounding him so maybe he will take these three along with big Fiona and Antonson the global traveller to Perth?

Anonymous said...

Norris Carter, new CEO of NQA has claimed his first scalp! Norris hasn't even started officially yet he has kick-started his giant broom! The globe trotting under performing Antonson has thrown in the towel. She leaves just before Carter commences! What a shock? Scared to face the music so pulls the pin and bails. I thought there was more pride in dying on your feet than on your knees? Anyway, well done Norris. Next?? But no worries, her former bodyguard and chief supporter, Kevin Brown, will likely throw her a lifeline. I wonder if he has taken a scalp in Perth so that he can slot her into a plum role on a quarter of a million? Maybe they can 'car share' from their Freemantle palaces each day in his Merc? Das is most Uber! Many troughs to dine from in the Perth budget. Watch out China here we come for more visits!!!
Usually she heads overseas each Christmas, under the pretext of an 'international work trip' somewhere and then scoots back to Canada for the holiday break. All paid for by NQA under the guise of 'work'. Kevin was happy with this little fiddle. Pity all the other plebs in the company aren't gifted free business class travel, expense money, and not having to use up annual leave every December!!

So who will Norris 'bone' next? The list is huge and I would start with anyone who has the initials 'GM' in their position title.

So the rats start deserting the ship as Capt Carter takes up his position at the helm. The exciting thing will be the future announcement of who her replacement will be? There are some talented commercial people out there so let's hope Norris has a good person lined up who will add value to the region by actually working hard and signing deals. You've got our support Norris, welcome to the airports new look "one team". Perhaps they can add the following to their silly list of laughable core values; 'cleansing the wheat from the chaff'?

Anonymous said...

I now personally know of 6 people, all good people incidentally, who were either sacked, made redundant or 'paid to leave', in the past year or so. All for no greater reason than to either save money on salaries so Kevin could cut costs and earn his bonus, or because these people were transparent and outspoken. Some fell on their feet and have never looked back, some are still unemployed or lost a lot in the process. Kevin 'maggot' Brown may have gone but his pathetic foot soldiers remain, his minions who inserted the knives that Kevin sharpened. I am a huge believer in karma and I eagerly look forward to the day these vermin receive the same treatment. It's called 'NQA Survivor' and eventually all the pooches get screwed ha ha. "One Team" my ass and "Core Values' my ass.
Norris Carter will get one chance to sweep the board clean, restructure the place and get rid of the pond scum and foster a fresh, energetic, succinct new NQA. If he gets it wrong it will be Groundhog Day at Cairns and Mackay airports and the same depressive, plastic surgery loving, obese, emotional, bald, incompetent, spineless group of fucktards will be up to the same old tricks.

I worked with Kevin Brown overseas. The guy worships himself. You would be hard to put find a bigger narcissist within the next 1000 years. Below the so-called friendly exterior is a cold and calculating individual, the consummate two-faced rat.
But try as he may to put on the superficial veneer of being the most sought after businessman in the universe, he has some pretty glaring flaws, one being his lack of emotional control. He tries to write it off as 'being a Scottish thing', but the rest of us know it is his weakness, a huge weakness.
A CEO who can't control his emotions is a dangerous thing for a business and if you all knew some of the dirty NQA secrets that some of the rest of us know you would see how the jigsaw pieces came together and Kevin ended up leaving. Kevin's two biggest achievements in almost 5 years of being CEO of the two airports were; giving jobs to his international mates, and; permanently closing down two perfectly good runways.
Good riddance clown.

The airport has a 'secret' punitive policy against General Aviation in which they charge a $350.00 fee for adhoc landings. This is NOT written in ERSA (ERSA is the pilots airport route supplement book that provides them the information they need about the airports facilities). In other words if I'm flying close to the airport and suddenly I have a stomach cramp and I need to land and take a shit I will be charged $350.00 for the privilege of parking my Jabiru at the crumbling asbestos riddled GA precinct to empty my bowels. What a bunch of sneaks.
The other issue is that ERSA is not accurate, so what other important information is missing? Not surprising when a loud obnoxious General Manager of Operations is in charge and she wouldn't know an engine cowl from Myers lipstick.
Just another small nail in the coffin of a once great airport that used to be managed by real experienced aviation people, not a mob of operations muppets who sit on the computer looking at their silly CAPL staff videos on Youtube all day. These clowns probably think that ERSA is some kind of sex toy that is used in conjunction with water soluable lubricants at CAPL parties by some of the well worn pin cushions.

The testing has just been completed on the ground contamination at the fire fighting facility at Cairns airport. It will be some time before full results are in. However a range of questions remain unanswered, as follows;
- Why didn't the CEO and the Board of Directors raise the issue transparently years ago?
- Why did the CEO embark on a cost cutting exercise of getting rid of experienced environmental staff and hiring just one dopey Uni student (on half the pay) at a time when the PFOS issue was escalating, fuel contamination was occurring, and possible leaks of toxins into the estuaries, rivers and oceans were happening?
- Why didn't the General Manager of Compliance, who is accountable for the environmental staff, do anything, or raise the issues, or add these problems to the airports risk register? I've seen documents that go back during her tenure that prove the issues weren't even flagged? Why didn't she go to the EPA herself? Is the rumour true that she is a chump with just a HR assistant background and is as dumb as two bricks?
- What plan does the airport now have in place to monitor this issue, rather than 'bury' it again?
- What long term effects will this contamination have on the airports 'supposed' business park plans? Won't potential investors want to know about this?
Apart from chief Muppet Brown bailing and running away to Perth why haven't the Board fired the GM's of Compliance and Operations? Particularly over the (lack of) handling of the (still) leaking fuel issue, when it has been known for years? Perhaps they are a big part of the problem as well, certainly looks that way?
For other stakeholders such as the state government, CCC, EPA; why have you all done SFA?
All parties have handled these issues dismally, and for a number of years at that. I am flabbergasted that is an acceptable standard from an international airport.

I personally know of some 'individuals' who are about to embark on a big FOI campaign to pull all the dirt to the surface and finally force action after years of coverups. So it will be interesting to see how deep the rabbit hole goes.
I guess we will read it on HBW because nobody else reports the facts!

Well it gets more embarrassing every day. Management in-fighting has stepped up again, the (un) human resources manager has once again been crying and yelling (when she isn't sitting on Facebook in her office), sick leave is up, morale is down, heaps of people trying to get other jobs, and a board chairman who has been nicknamed 'wake up Jeff' because senior management reckon he is asleep at the wheel and oblivious to everything. I reckon having such a large gap between the time that Kevin Brown'tongue resigned to the time that the new CEO will start (December) has caused more harm than good and is a big error.

Anonymous said...

My understanding, and a well positioned source told me this, is that the main problems for Kevin started when he refused to act when executive managers started falling apart, about a year or so after he commenced his role. He wouldn't deal with their shenanigans because he wanted all the dirt to remain hidden from the Board. Things kept on escalating to the point where it was time for him to go because he had now become exposed and become a liability. What a Scottish twat. Now the new CEO is inheriting the same pathetic 'team'. Unless he sweeps the floor clean, right from the get-go, he will have the exact same issues on his hands with in no time. Make no bones about it though, they will be white-anting him from day one, in fact they already are according to the word in the street, comments such as 'no yuppie Kiwi clown is going to tell us how to run Australian airports', and 'hiring a Kiwi as CEO is just the useless Board taking the piss again'. A little racist and unprofessional I reckon, but not surprising when you understand who is saying this stuff.

It seems that the fuel leak at the international Tarmac is worse than expected. It is believed welds in pipes are faulty, also the pipes haven't been packed correctly with staib sand in and around the trenches, and the fuel just continues to leak and leak and leak.
A fly-on-the-wall tells me that rather than a calm and methodical approach, management continue to argue, yell, scream and panic because they have no concept or understanding of the gravity of the problem. Meanwhile the Board just worry about their personal reputation and trying to distance themselves from any blame. My intel also reckons that CAPL have absolutely no idea what they are doing and that is absolutely because a former check-in agent and a HR manager are responsible for operations and compliance of a complex aviation environment, an international airport! You couldn't make this shit up! All I know is that these incompetents must have pho so board members and former CEO's with goats, because nobody in their right mind would allow this foolishness to continue for so many years...can't be long now until that fuel is detected in the tidal flats, Baron and ocean??

Love the Airport Management staff member that drives an airport utility to work each day and parks it right outside the Virgin Departures, commercial transport company passenger drop off zone at the Domestic Terminal.
This nicely limits access for limos, taxis & mini buses with trailers etc. dropping off passengers, the transport company having just paid the Airport in some cases $7.50 or more for the privilege.

Within 20 meters there is unlimited parking that would not take up this limited commercial drop off space.
Leads to unsafe and time wasting double ranking.

The alternative parking for the offending Airport owned vehicle is however a few more meters away from their management offices.

Oh gee it would be awful if they had to walk those few extra meters and allow the commercial passenger transport companies access to something they are charged for.

Gets even better when the Australian Federal Police decide to park right behind the permanently parked Airport vehicle (when it's time to drop in for a coffee).

Gets even more serious when the AFP illegally park their vehicle right before a pedestrian crossing used by hundreds of passengers and drivers accessing the Limo Bay and rental cars area at the Domestic Airport Arrivals Area.

Have seen quite a few very near misses at this crossing as passengers cross and emerge from behind the vision blocking AFP vehicle (during the AFP drop in for coffee time.... loosely disguised as "watch the airport for a little while as we drink our coffee".).

Hundreds of Taxis and Limos go through this crossing each hour.....Once again they have parking within a few meters of this area that would not endanger peoples lives, but gee it is not right next to the coffee shop!!!!
